Whether you are a lifelong member or just joining us, the future of California theatre education is bright, and we need you.

My journey—from performing on Broadway to directing, choreographing, and teaching—has taught me that theatre is ultimately about human connection and creativity. Classrooms are sacred spaces where empathy and authentic expression take root.

As I step into this role, my vision centers on community building and shared joy. Alongside our board, the goals are to:

• Nurture Community: Build vibrant networks uniting veteran teachers, newcomers, and pre-professional students.

• Champion Creativity: Elevate innovative, imaginative storytelling that reminds us why we fell in love with the arts.

• Deepen Partnerships: Collaborate closely with EdTA, the 4 Arts Ed Orgs, and statewide allies.
