CETA remains committed to advocating for Arts Education administered by highly effective credentialed educators.
STAND UP 4 ARTS EDUCATION
Each Year CETA joins with CMEA (Music Educators), CDEA (Dance Educators) and CAEA (Art Educators) to present Stand Up 4 Arts Education Day at the State Capitol in Sacramento. This is a day for Arts Advocacy.
STAND UP 4 ARTS EDUCATION DAY includes student performances, an advocacy workshop, legislative visits and guest speakers. Congratulations to the students from Santa Monica High School, Royal Oak Middle School and Verdugo Hills High School who traveled to Sacramento with award winning performances and advocated for arts education with their representatives. The 4 CA Arts Organization also honored arts supporter Senator Muratsuchi.
