If our Bylaws are the blocking, our Strategic Plan is the vision for the entire season. Our Board gathers to review our progress and set the priorities that will guide the organization for the next four to five years.
CETA Committee Charters
While our Board of Directors sets the vision, our committees are where the "backstage" work happens. Every initiative—from scholarships to festivals—is powered by a dedicated committee operating under a specific charter.
